Silvermoon is one of the most active PVE servers in EU for Alliance. If you're Alliance then I'd suggest staying on Silvermoon. If you're Horde then go Draenor. So choose the highest population one with the faction balance towards what you want to play. This will give you the widest selections of guilds to join, and the healthiest auction house, and there are really no negatives.Go for Silvermoon/Ravencrest. Basically having the most people on your faction on the server is the most important. Advantages are that you get more guilds, more people in cities and trade chat, and a healthy economy (though that is not faction-specific).
